Directions:

To prepare one serving, mix two scoops of gainer (100g) with 300-400ml of water or juice. Experienced athletes can use a larger serving (6 scoops) at a time. Take the supplement on an empty stomach as recommended.

On training days, take 2-3 servings 2-3 hours before training and within an hour after training. On other days, take 1-2 servings to increase the total caloric content of your diet.
