Directions:

Add 3 full scoops to 500-600ml of cold water and stir thoroughly. You can use a blender. For athletes weighing up to 80kg, it is recommended to take 2 servings daily for 5 days and then reduce the dose to 1 serving per day. If you weigh more than 80kg you should take 1 serving more.
