Instructions

Mix 5 scoops of gain fast with 16 oz of water or low fat milk. Mix thoroughly. For best results, take one to three servings of gain fast daily in addition to regular meals. Use in conjunction with a proper training and nutrition program. As with all health and nutritional programs, please consult your physician first. To make this drink, start with two quarts of low-fat skim milk. Add 6 scoops of Gain Fast. Drop in three egg whites to add about 12 additional grams of protein and 68 more calories. This to add more flavor, add one pint of your favorite low-fat ice cream or frozen yogurt, and combine it with 4 tablespoons of malted milk powder. You'll get about 563 more calories and 19 more grams more protein. Next add five tablespoons of honey for 344 more calories, and lastly add at least two bananas and one cup of berries. Mix or blend together and place in a proper container in your refrigerator. This powerful shake will give you over 3100 calories and over 150 grams of protein. Now here is the secret. Most trainees will immediately try to consume the whole two quarts in one day in addition to their regular meals. This usually lasts around 1 - 2 days before they become sick and have to quit. Start slowly. Add only 1 - 2 glasses per day to your diet until your body becomes adjusted to the routine. Start off with two glasses per day, one mid-morning and on mid-afternoon or after dinner, whenever you are hungry. Stay with this least a week before you add another glass.
