Directions:

Use 1 teaspoon of matcha powder, sift the powder until it is fine and there are no clumps. Add 60ml of hot water and whisk using a zig-zag "M" motion until small frothy bubbles appear (about 30 seconds). Add remaining 120-180ml of hot water.
