Ingredients: Pisane® C9 Pea Protein, Flavors, Reduced Fat Cocoa Powder, Rice Protein, Salt, Coconut Protein, Pomegranate Protein, Pumpkin Protein, Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame K), Cyanocobalamin.

Directions:

Take 1 serving daily (33g, 3/4 scoop) mixed with 300ml water. On training days, use post-workout; on rest days, consume in the afternoon.
