Scitec Nutrition Maltodextrin is a 2000g powdered supplement. Maltodextrin is a high glycemic index carbohydrate derived from corn starch. It is commonly used by athletes and bodybuilders as a source of quick energy and to replenish glycogen stores during intense training or workouts. Maltodextrin is easily digested and quickly absorbed, making it ideal for taking before, during or after a workout. It can be mixed with water or added to protein shakes and other beverages.

Directions for use: mix 1 scoop (30 grams) with 250 ml of water. For best results, take during and/or after training.
