Scitec Nutrition Crea Caps is a supplement in a gelatin capsule. It is easy to take and is quickly absorbed. The daily intake is covered by 5 capsules, which provide 3250mg of creatine monohydrate.

Ingredients: micronized creatine monohydrate 84%, capsule shell [gelatine, glazing agent (shellac), colour (iron oxides and hydroxides), acidity regulators (ammonium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide)], anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids). Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, gluten, soy, peanuts, nuts, celery, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, sulphur dioxide containing foods.

Directions:

Divide your body weight in kilograms by 3. This is the amount of creatine in grams that you should take daily during the loading phase (1 week). Afterward, take 1/2 of the resulting serving. Consume on an empty stomach after a workout or before a meal. Drink 400ml of liquid for every 5g of creatine.
