Redcon1 Total War RTD Ready to Drink Preworkout is a supplement that helps the athlete to be more energetic during training and, protect themselves from injury, be more concentrated productive. The composition includes caffeine, beta-alanine, citrulline malate, taurine, and agmatine sulfate. It will help improve muscle endurance, strength, and power, make the athlete more active and alert, and fight fatigue.

Redcon1 Total War RTD Ready to Drink Preworkout should be taken 30-60 minutes prior to training. It will make the results as effective as possible. The action lasts up to 3-4 hours, but the first 2 hours are the most productive.

Other Ingredients: Purified water, Citric acid, Natural and artificial flavors, Sucralose, Sodium Hexametaphosphate, Sodium benzoate, Potassium sorbate, Acesulfame-potassium, Calcium disodium (Versene).
