Optimum Nutrition ZMA is a supplement based on zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B6. These substances play an important role in all body processes, but most of them are lost with sweat. For this reason, taking such supplements is recommended for all athletes and physically active people.

Zinc has an antioxidant effect, supports the brain and thyroid gland's health, and ensures the hormonal system's normal functioning. Thanks to it, the body has immunity, fights infections, and inflammation, and quickly recovers after exertion. Its deficiencies can also develop anxiety, depression, and skin and joint problems. Directions:

Norms for sports: 10-15mg for women and 25-30mg for men. However, it is recommended to take a zinc test for your therapist to decide on the dosage. Since zinc and magnesium are poorly absorbed with food, the optimal time to take ZMA is 30-40 minutes before meals and/or before bedtime. Men - take 3 capsules before bedtime. Women - take 2 capsules before bedtime.
