Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Powder Chocolate Malt is a product for athletes looking for volume, definition, and muscle strength. Ingredients: Protein Blend (Whey Protein Isolates, Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Peptides), Cocoa, Lecithin, Natural and Artificial Flavour, Acesulfame Potassium.

Directions:

Mix 1 scoop of powder and 180-240ml of water or milk. Stir until completely dissolved. Take 30-60 minutes after exercise or as a snack during the day.
