Ingredients: Plant Protein Blend (pea protein, bean protein isolate, brown rice protein concentrate), cocoa powder (processed with alkali), creamer (coconut and/or sunflower oil), rice syrup, pea protein, sodium citrate, tricalcium phosphate, sunflower lecithin), natural flavor, salt, gum blend (xanthan gum, guar gum, acacia gum), stevia leaf extract.

Directions:

Take 40g (1 scoop) of powder and add 300-350ml of water or almond milk. Use a shaker for 30 seconds or a blender until completely dissolved. For best results, make the shake 30-60 minutes after your workout or enjoy it as a snack anytime as part of a balanced, high-protein diet.
