Ingredients: Protein blend (whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, whey peptides), cocoa, artificial flavors, lecithin, acesulfame potassium.

Directions for use: Stir 1 scoop into 200ml of water or skim milk. Take 2-3 times a day or as recommended by a nutritionist or trainer.
