Nature's Truth Folic Acid 800 mcg (250 Tablets)

Nature's Truth Folic Acid 800 mcg tablets come in a bottle containing 250 tablets. Folic acid is a B vitamin that is essential for proper cell growth and development, especially during pregnancy. Each tablet contains 800 mcg of folic acid, which is the recommended daily dose for adults. These tablets contain no gluten, soy, dairy, or GMOs. They contain no artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners. Folic acid supplements can help prevent birth defects in developing fetuses, promote healthy brain function and support healthy red blood cell production.

Ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate; Cellulose (Plant Origin); Vegetable Stearic Acid; Silica; Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.

Directions: For adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
