Ingredients: Bulking Agents (Microcrystalline Cellulose, Calcium Carbonate), Vitamin C, Zinc Citrate, Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide).

Consume 1 tablet daily. Best taken with food.
