Mutant CreaKong Advanced Creatine Supplement, created as a flavorless powder, is ideal for mixing with any beverage or adding to protein shakes. The ingenious formula includes high-quality sources of creatine to help increase strength, and endurance and speed recovery from intense workouts. 

CreaKong contains creatine monohydrate and other forms of creatine (creatine magnesium chelate and 3-creatine citrate) to maximize creatine levels in the muscles, thereby increasing performance in the gym. Directions:

Dilute 1 measuring spoon (4 grams) of the product in 200-300 ml of water and take 20-30 minutes before training.
