MuscleTech Vapor X5 is a pre-workout powder designed to increase energy, concentration, and muscle performance during workouts. Blue Raspberry flavor comes in a 30 serving container, although packaging may vary.

The powder contains a blend of ingredients designed to increase energy and concentration, such as caffeine, choline and hyperzine A. It also includes beta-alanine, which may help improve muscle endurance during high-intensity exercise.

Other ingredients in the formula can help improve blood flow and nutrient delivery to the muscles, such as nitrosigin and L-citrulline.

To use MuscleTech Vapor X5 Blue Raspberry, mix one scoop with water and drink about 20-30 minutes before your workout. It is recommended that you start with a lower dose and gradually increase it to assess tolerance.
