Directions:

Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 240ml of water or your favorite sports drink and consume 1-2 times daily. For best results, take 2 servings (2 scoops) daily. On training days, take 1 serving 45-60 minutes before training and 1 serving 15-30 minutes after training.
