Ingredients: 

Whey protein isolate, cocoa (alkali treated), natural and artificial flavours, salt, lecithin from soy and/or sunflower, gum blend (cellulose gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan), sucralose.

Dosage:

For preparation, simply mix 1 spoonful of the composition with 6 parts of cold water or skimmed milk.
