MuscleTech Cell-Tech is a Fruit Punch flavored lean muscle mass growth supplement. The complex is based on a scientifically developed third-generation creatine formula containing a blend of creatine monohydrate and carbohydrates with clinically proven efficacy. Directions:

First 7 days (loading phase): take 2 scoops with 355ml of water in the morning after waking up and 2 scoops with 355ml of water immediately after your workout. If you don't have a workout that day, take 2 scoops with 355ml of water in the morning after waking up and 2 scoops of 355ml water later that day.

Supporting phase: take 2 scoops with 355ml of water immediately after your workout. If you do not have a workout that day, take 2 scoops with 355ml of water in the morning after waking up.
