Ingredients: Chromium (as chromium AAC), Vanadium (as Vanadyl sulfate), Banaba Leaf (1% Corosolic acid), Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), Vitamin E (as dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate), Biotin, Magnesium (as magnesium oxide), Zinc (as zinc oxide), Manganese (as manganese AAC), Guggul (Commiphora mukul)(resin), Bitter Melon (Momordica charantia L.)(fruit), Licorice Root Extract (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Cinnamon Bark Powder (Cinnamomum zeylanicum)(bark), Gymnema Sylvestre Leaf Powder, Yarrow Flowers Powder (Achillea millefolium), Cayenne Pepper Powder (Capsicum annuum L.)(fruit), Juniper Berry Powder (Juniperus communis), White Mulberry Leaf Powder (Morus alba), Alpha Lipoic Acid, L-Taurine.

Directions:

Take 2 capsules daily. For best results take 20-30 minutes before a meal with 250ml of water.
