Directions:

To prepare protein, it is enough to mix 30g of the product with 200-500ml of water, juice, or milk. The supplement can be used regularly.

On training days - 1 serving in the morning, before and after training, on rest days - 1 serving in the morning and once during the day, during dieting - 1 serving between meals, before and after training.
