Applied Nutrition HMB (120 Tablets)

Applied Nutrition HMB Supplement - HMB 500mg Capsules is a dietary supplement containing the active ingredient HMB (beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate). HMB is a metabolite of the amino acid leucine and is thought to help reduce muscle breakdown and promote muscle growth. Each capsule contains 500 mg of HMB, and each bottle contains 120 capsules. This supplement is intended to be taken by adults who regularly exercise and want to support muscle growth and repair. It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules a day with meals. As with any dietary supplement, it is important to consult your physician before taking this product.

Ingredients: HMB (Beta-Hydroxy Beta-Methylbutyrate Calcium Anhydrous), Vegetable Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose).

Directions: For best results, consume 2 capsules (1 serving) 1 to 3 times daily.
